My mentorship experience has brought me to a realization of things I already knew but wasn’t paying so much attention to, yet they are very important. There was also a lot of relearning and restructuring of goals and actions.

My mentor makes this mentoring experience a delight. He uses real life experiences to explain each topic we treat, he gives me the opportunity to share my ideas as well.

I can now talk to people more freely. I still feel very anxious but my mentor told me to “see the value in what you are going to say and don’t let others opinion define you.”

I can better see the scale and magnitude of my projects, the number of youth my team and I have impacted already and the thousands more that are to still benefit from the work we are doing. All thanks to proper mentoring and guidance.

Chaque session était bien plus qu’un simple rendez-vous : c’était une occasion de croissance personnelle et académique. J’ai appris à mieux gérer mon temps, à renforcer ma confiance en moi et à surmonter la procrastination. Mes progrès, grâce à Mme Carrio et M. Mikailou Macauley, ont été une source de grande satisfaction et de fierté.

Mon mentor fait un travail impeccable avec moi, on dirait père et fils. Je suis satisfait et je veux bénéficier d’autres opportunités venant de vous.

I am very satisfy with this mentoring and it is like dream that came thru. It ignites me on many topics I thought were difficult to handle especially setting goals, time management, communication skills and self confidence.
