Linked Africa's mentorship program connects you with experienced mentors for personalized guidance, skill development workshops, and access to a powerful network. Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the mentorship program by attending regular meetings with your assigned mentor.
  • Develop clear and specific goals for your mentorship journey, focusing on areas you want to improve or develop.
  • Proactively seek guidance and advice from your mentor on academic success, career planning, skill development, and navigating professional challenges.
  • Complete assigned tasks or projects recommended by your mentor to enhance your learning and growth.
  • Participate in workshops, webinars, and other development opportunities offered by Linked Africa.
  • Network with other mentees, students, and professionals within the Linked Africa community.
  • Upon completion of the mentorship program, share your experience and learnings to benefit future mentees.
Requirements
  • African, African Descent, or Naturalized African
  • Age requirement: Be18 year or older.
  • High school or College student
  • Early-career professional in Africa with 2-5 years of experience (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Strong academic background and a demonstrably curious and eager to learn.
  • A clear vision for your career goals and a commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
