Your 12-Step Pathway to Success

Each mentorship program follows a structured 12 one-hour curriculum spread between 12 and 24 weeks, depending on your needs and mentor availability. These virtual sessions include:

  • Interactive discussions with your mentor
  • On-demand learning materials and assignments
  • Personalized guidance and support

Measuring Your Success

Because we are dedicated to your growth, we ensure to provide  a valuable and measurable experience; therefore your progress is track through

  • Pre- and post-program assessments.

Age Exception Requests

While our program is primarily focused on young adults between 18 and 28, we understand that valuable experience comes at all ages.

If you are an African professional over the age of 28 and believe the Linked Africa Mentorship Program can benefit your career, you can submit an exception request form for consideration.
