Yveline Morgan is a seasoned people and organizational development leader with over 25 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic human capital leadership. She brings deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, leadership capacity building, and global recruitment, supporting teams to operate effectively in complex and resource-constrained environments.
Throughout her career, Yveline has served in senior advisory and leadership roles including Business Consultant, Organizational Development Advisor, Human Resources Leader, Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Senior Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Recruiter with the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance. Her work spans international NGOs, the private sector, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, with professional experience across Haiti, Europe, East, West, Central, and Southern Africa, as well as the United States.
Yveline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French from Long Island University (C.W. Post), a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Mercy College, and a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with a concentration in Organizational Learning and Development. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, with working knowledge of Haitian Creole and Swahili.
