Goal Setting Exercises
Personalized Goals
At the start of the program, you and your mentor will collaboratively define your specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals will are the cornerstone of your success measurement.
Progress Tracking
We track your progress towards these personalized goals throughout the program, using check-ins and self-assessment tools. This allows to identify areas of strength and areas where you might need additional support.
Goal Completion Rate
We monitor the completion rate of your individual goals. This provides a clear indication of your progress and the effectiveness of the mentorship you’re receiving.
Feedback Mechanisms
